The latest BSI Batch Freezer models have a
brand new improved freezing cylinder
with the latest technology available creating
a more uniform freezing. It utilizes an improved
patented beater for a better texture, with
easily replaceable scrapers. A frequency
control device makes the machine extremely
quiet and improves the operating life of
the machine. The easy-to-read electronic
panel shows the progress of the batch
and has a fault.
